Alex Mitsch, responsible for planning, design, architecture and marketing of Horizon, has a background and university degree in finance but spent the last decade teaching newbies how to dive and developed one of the largest teams of german scuba diving instructors in Thailand.
His wife Franzi used to work in a pharmacy before she decided to move to Koh Tao and gained fundamental knowledge of resort management while working for one of the leading luxury resorts on Koh Tao in the past years.

Our mission was to create a villa that is different from what you know, offering amenities you would not even expect in your own home, yet making you feel "home" like never before...
